The Canada-Wide Science Fair 2010 organizing committee is pleased to invite all Central Ontario region school boards to participate in this exciting event to be held in Peterborough from May 15-23, 2010.  The event brings over 500 students from across Canada as top winners of their regional science fairs to compete at the week-long national event, being hosted by Trent University and the Evinrude Centre.

The opportunities for tours of the science fair exhibits are:
  • Monday May 17, 9:30-11:30 – Grades 9-12 only. 2 hours on the exhibit floor to view the exhibits.
  • Friday May 21, 9:30-11:30 – Grades 4-8 only. 2 hours on the exhibit floor to view the exhibits.
  • Student spaces allocated on a first Registration basis.
  • Visiting students will be guided through exhibitors with their teachers with engaging student activities directly linked to the curriculum  
  • All attending teachers are encouraged watch and participate in the online information session. A link to a recording will be provided if you are unable to join the live session.
  • The exhibits are open for public viewing Saturday May 22, 9am-12pm.
All teachers MUST register their classes prior to attending the CWSF. An email confirmation will be sent to teachers to confirm their registration.
